18th Education Horizon research grant scheme The Department of Education and Training’s $1 million Education Horizon research grant scheme supports the delivery of high quality research aligned to the Queensland Government’s education and training priorities

21st EMF Queensland Research Program EMF offers six grant schemes within this Program, with the aim of delivering better patient outcomes in public hospitals and to develop research infrastructure within hospitals

12th Founders’ Fellowships Supports researchers, scientists and clinicians to develop their innovations into practical commercial outcomes, and to access appropriate support

30th Drought Assistance Concessional Loans Applications for Drought Assistance Concessional Loans are now open. These low interest loans are available to assist farm businesses manage, recover from and prepare for droughts and maintain prospects for long term commercial viability

31 October 2017 Youth Boost Payment  The Youth Boost payment is available to eligible employers who hire an unemployed young person (aged 15-24) between 1 December 2016 and 31 October 2017 (inclusive). If you employed an eligible young jobseeker after the 28th February 2017, prior to announcement of the initiative’s extension on 2 March 2017, you may still apply for a Youth Boost payment

The Young Athletes Travel Subsidy will allow up to a maximum of $1200 in financial assistance over the 3 event tiers, once every 2 calendar years. Eligible athletes and officials can apply for 1 event per tier once every second calendar year
