As the region’s bulk water supply authority, they are committed to water for life. Their service extends beyond water supply, to supporting a sustainable water future for generations to come. They recognise the importance of getting people involved in their water supply through education and local projects to achieve our vision of healthy communities, prosperous region.
Water for life Community Grants – 2017 applications open!
Seqwater is seeking partners who encourage community involvement and education initiatives on catchment health, source water quality and the water cycle to apply for their Water for life Community Grants.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available to existing initiatives or new projects within our operational footprint of South East Queensland.
Applicants should be an incorporated not-for-profit organisation operating in South East Queensland.
Grant initiatives must be delivered within the Local Government Area (LGA) of Noosa Council, Sunshine Coast Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Redland City Council, Brisbane City Council, City of Gold Coast, Logan City Council, Ipswich City Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council or Gympie Regional Council.
Applications open to eligible groups on 20 March 2017 and close 1 May 2017.
Projects must be between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018.
